After a careful examination of our clients' needs we have formulated a portfolio of additional training that our staff undergoes. This training is aimed at adding value to our clients in that it provides further peace of mind in areas like safety, fire safety and first-aid. Our aim is to ensure that each site is covered by officers that are certified in all three of these key areas. We have worked closely with North End Training College to compile courses that would best equip our officers with hands on knowledge of how to contribute to the safety and security of all premises where they are stationed. This certified added value item often has the effect of lowering a client's risk profile resulting in lower insurance premiums. It also contributes to the guard's own safety as well as his confidence.
